Management Accountant / Financial Analyst sought .

The role involves working closely with Children’s Social Care, specifically, the Safeguarding and Family Support service to assist senior finance managers in the overall financial management of the service. Covering the full financial cycle of budget setting, budget monitoring and year end closedown.

Providing advice and making recommendations based on up to date knowledge and analysis / evaluation of information.

Preparing and presenting a full range of reports (both standard and non-standard) covering area of responsibility.

Co-ordinating the monitoring and reporting of financial performance, providing options to managers to assist them achieve a spend to budget position at the end of the financial year.

Excellent Inter-personal skills required as this role involves working closely with the service at all levels of seniority on a daily basis.
