An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Policy Planner to join the policy team as a project lead for key aspects of plan making. You will have experience across a broad range of planning policy development, ideally including experience of infrastructure planning and CIL. You will join the team to help it progress an ambitious programme of policy and strategy development.

You will have a degree level qualification in Planning recognised by the RTPI and a proven ability to lead and motivate others alongside a commitment to continuous service improvements.

The successful candidate will be joining us at a very exciting and challenging time as we work towards Publication of the District’s Local Plan. 2017 will also see us moving to a new, purpose built office and civic centre in Harrogate town.
