*Salary* £29,424 - 31,140 *Location* Old Town Hall, Catford Road, SE6 4RU *The Role* Our Planned Delivery team deliver real improvements for residents across our 18,000 homes, from new kitchens and bathrooms to windows, roofs, structural and environmental work. As a Project Support Officer you will manage a small team of two customer service staff to deliver the asset management strategy with high levels of satisfaction from our residents. This includes monitoring and responding to compliments, complaints and freedom of information requests, undertaking small projects as required, and analysing data to inform projects and measure performance. • Build excellent working relationships with colleagues and partners • Manage our mini call centre • Provide excellent people management skills • Deliver excellent, reputation-enhancing customer service at all times You must be able to manage competing demands on your time with common sense and a practical approach.
