We are in the closing stages of updating our stock condition survey information and already have a performance tool in place that takes this data and plots the performance of our social housing stock, helping us to make long term strategic decisions. We are seeking an exceptional individual with significant experience of managing a Housing Asset database, with the technical prowess to advise on key areas including investment decisions and business planning. You should have a proven track record of managing procurement and contract management processes, compiling Asset Management Strategies linked to data combined with excellent horizon scanning abilities to ensure current, emerging and future legislation is considered and be able to demonstrate linking data into financial business planning. &nbsp; This key role reports into the Head of Asset Management and is front and centre of our ambitious plans.
