Job Overview
Proud to work for a local council and support local businesses? An opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive, and customer focused professional to join our team as a Business Centre Supervisor in a job share role. You will work in conjunction with the existing Business Centre Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of our Local Authority business centres, industrial units and open compounds.
Your designated workplace will be between the Oak and Ark Business Centres.
The addresses for the Centres are as follows:

<li>Oak Business Centre, 79-93 Ratcliffe Road, Loughborough LE12 7PU</li>
</ul>
The successful candidate will work 22 hours per week, Wednesday – Friday.
Key Responsibilities Include:
<ul>
<li>Managing the day-day operations of the business centres, industrial units and open compounds.</li>
<li>Building and maintaining strong relationship with tenants. This is a demanding post looking after approximately eighty tenants at various sites.</li>
<li>Managing lease applications, agreement and renewals including service charge and rent reviews.</li>
<li>Monitor compliance with council policies, lease terms and health and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Supporting the promotion and occupancy of available units.</li>
<li>Supervision of two Business Centre Receptionist.</li>
</ul>
What we’re looking for:
<ul>
<li>A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing high quality service.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Experience of supervision/management of business centres or similar Establishment.</li>
<li>Experience in dealing with lease applications and a good knowledge of spreadsheets to manage data and records.</li>

As Senior Programme Manager for Creative Enterprise Zones, you will provide senior strategic direction and management of the programme, working with stakeholders across London to create opportunities for cultural and creative organisations to thrive.
This is a job share, so you will be working closely with the existing role holder, as well as with a small team of two and a group of 12 Zone Managers.

GLA staff are hybrid working up to 3 days a week in our offices and remotely depending on their role. As part of this, you will need to split your time between home working and coming into the office.
