What you’ll be doing:

Examination Management: Understand and comply with exam regulations, ensure secure handling of exam papers, manage candidate registrations, and address any issues during exams. Also, arrange for the sharing of results and contribute to exam-related policy development.</li>

SEND Administration: Support the SENDCO in managing students with SEND, including maintaining records, arranging meetings, assisting with assessments, and preparing reports for EHCP reviews. Ensure that access arrangements for exams are in place and keep relevant records updated.</li>

Student Support: Assist with the identification and assessment of students with SEND, coordinate referrals, and support placement reviews. Work with SLT to ensure smooth transitions for new students and assist with Ofsted inspections.</li>

General Support: Assist with the business office duties, such as providing information on admissions and supporting reception duties when necessary.</li>

In this important role, you’ll ensure timely and effective recovery of council tax and business rates by managing all stages of the recovery cycle. Your day-to-day duties will include:

Dinton Activity Centre is a thriving local authority centre based with Dinton Pastures Country Park. The centre handles a footfall of around 20,000 people per year, so the place is very much alive during peak season. We have a fleet of 30 sailing boats and 90 canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. About the role:
The Community Partnerships Service, which sits within Housing &amp; Communities to ensure the service is better placed to support, enable, and protect individuals and communities and is now looking for an enthusiastic person to join the Safer Public Realm Team.

Main Duties and responsibilities:

<li>Provide a victim-centred approach to tackling area based anti-social behaviour, ensuring timely action is taken and prevention, intervention and enforcement measures are appropriated used to secure a positive outcome, following required case management processes.</li>
<li>Work in collaboration with key partner agencies to problem solve area based anti-social behaviour to effectively utilise all tools and powers available.</li>
<li>Ensure all unauthorised encampments on Reading Borough Council owned land are removed as swiftly as possible and that residents, businesses and partners are kept updated.</li>
<li>When required, attend court and give evidence as a witness in area based anti-social behaviour cases and unauthorised encampment cases.</li>

The role involves undertaking Mental Capacity Act assessments to a high standard, along with Community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) work and preparing documentation for the Court of Protection.
