We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice, with good communication and interpersonal skills, to join our recruitment team.
We are seeking an apprentice to join us to provide administrative support as well as assisting in the provision of a first point of contact for queries from recruiting managers, our temps and members of the public.
Delivering a range of administrative support services you will undertake word processing, data input, scanning, advising on the JobsGoPublic ATS, filing, advertising job vacancies, managing applications and registering prospective employees with our agency.
We are offering this opportunity to the right candidate who is prepared to work hard. There will be a requirement to commit to study as part of the apprenticeship programme and to produce an NVQ portfolio in Business Administration, for which you will receive advice and support.
Our offer is an excellent insight and training in the world of administration, with support from managers and colleagues in our service, to go on to complete the programme. At the end of the apprenticeship our aim is for all apprentices to feel ready and able to apply for permanent jobs with the experience and qualification they will have gained.
As a service we have an excellent track record of our apprentices having successfully gained permanent employment either with the council (through a competitive interview process) or in other public services or private companies.
