Good eye for detail? Can you add value to our Residents' experience?
Notting Hill Housing exists to provide good quality housing to those who otherwise couldn't afford it. We are inspired by the impact we can have and are passionate about creating a better London.
We're offering a great opportunity for an organised and tenacious person to take on an important administrative role. Our Rent and Service Charge team makes sure we maximise rental income and that our annual rent reviews and service charges are compliant. By providing our front line teams with this specialist support, we make sure they can continue to do what they do best: providing a great housing management service to our customers.
You'll be trusted to provide an efficient administrative service to the team, ensuring our data is accurate and customers receive a smooth set up of their rental accounts. Your other day-to-day work will be varied, ranging from tracking service charge budgets through to preparing performance reports, answering basic queries from our colleagues and more.
We're committed to hiring and developing passionate, enthusiastic people who can add value to our work. To make your mark in this role, we'll need you to have the ability to work to deadlines, be able to follow processes, work with lots of data and be comfortable working with Word and Excel to produce good written information. In return for supporting our team well, we'll help you develop your skills and knowledge with on the job coaching and training.
If you enjoy supporting others as part of a busy, thriving team, we'd love to hear from you.
In return we offer you 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), health cash plan, season ticket loan, cycle 2 work scheme, childcare vouchers, life assurance and a generous contributory pension offer.
If you are shortlisted for this role, you will be invited to attend an interview and assessment on Wednesday 20 September.
We are committed to equality of opportunity and are proud to be certified as a Disability Confident Employer.
