Our Finance and Welfare Department are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work as part of our Revenues and Benefits Team. As part of this team you will need to be proactive, confident and a strong team player.
The ideal candidate would preferably have a minimum of two years recent experience in a Housing benefit and/or Local Taxation environment although for the right candidate we would be willing to offer full training for the role. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and will also be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure to a high degree of accuracy.
The duties of the post are varied and include the calculation and payment of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction.
