CYPD Occupational Therapist’s work with children and young people 0 – 18 years old and their families throughout the challenges of living with disability, offering guidance, advice on equipment and home adaptation, helping them to build skills, resilience and networks to support their journey to adulthood.The team are close, enthusiastic and support each other in daily work. Social Worker - 16+ Care Leavers Team
