Shaping the future of our new organisation, you will support the integration of sales-related activities and teams at our new commercial development company, Latimer.
With strong customer service skills you will focus on maintaining customer service standards throughout this period of change, taking day-to-day charge of managing the sales programme from pre-sale through to reservation and exchange.
Managing on-site staff and working in close liaison with the New Business team, Development and managing agents, you will also design and implement commercially focussed sales strategies.
With a background in sales and marketing you will support the Head of Sales in the appraisal of new schemes and opportunities and have experience of meeting short and long term sales-related deadlines.
