At the Windsor School Sport Partnership we constantly look to improve the experience of young people involved in our events, projects and programmes. This role will put you at the heart of the school, working closely with national partners including the Youth Sport Trust, Sport England, Get Berkshire Active and key National Governing Bodies. 

You will play a key role in helping us build a successful and dynamic Physical Education and School Sport Service. For the right person this is a unique opportunity to develop your knowledge of the structure and delivery of multiple sports competitions, deliver high quality creative work in an educational environment and build a solid understand of the current sporting landscape.  

This is a full time, term time only School Sport Officer / Coach position starting as soon as possible, initially for a one year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be required to work in the Windsor School Sport Partnership offices based at The Windsor Boys’ School, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only), and across a range of schools in Windsor. The School Sport Coach will receive one to one mentoring with experienced professionals, opportunities to access high quality professional development and career guidance if desired. We are looking for someone who has experience in coaching young people in at least two different sports, with a multi-skill approach. You will need a minimum of two level 2 coaching qualifications. It is essential that you have a full clean driving licence and are willing to drive as part of the role.
