You will also manage new heating installations; electrical upgrade works and fire risk assessment works. You will procure contracts and ensure compliance with contract conditions and that works are completed to the relevant statutory and regulatory standards. \n \nWith the ability to successfully work in partnership, you will ensure that our customers’ objectives around high quality, communication, and customer care are met. You will ensure that programmes are delivered in line with agreed budgets, and that key performance indicators are met. \n \nThe role requires the candidate to demonstrate substantial experience and knowledge of the current legislation of compliance work streams and preferably hold a degree level education or the ability to demonstrate equivalent experience. An appropriate gas or electrical qualification is desirable, and qualification as set out in the person specification and hold a clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle to undertake duties on site.\n \nYou will also have experience of managing and supervising a small team of surveyors and administration support staff.\n \nOur ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be computer literate, work well within a team of like-minded individuals.
