The Role: We’re looking for casual ARC Operators to support our team when needed. This flexible role is perfect if you want to work as and when required, covering shifts during busy periods, holidays, or sickness.
You’ll help manage our multi-functional Alarm Receiving Centre, handling:

Our Team: The CCTV Operator is an essential part of Halton’s Community Safety team responsible for the continuous monitoring of public spaces via the Council’s Control Room. Working closely with the CCTV Supervisor and CCTV Manager, you will play a direct role in protecting public areas, deterring crime, and supporting the police and other emergency services. By responding swiftly to incidents, directing resources, and assisting in identifying offenders, you will help to reduce anti-social behaviour and enhance public safety, giving peace of mind to Halton’s residents. As a first point of contact for a range of incidents, you will be central to creating a safer environment for our residents, businesses and visitors.
