The role
Oxford City Council has a great opportunity for a person to join our Furnished Tenancy Team within the busy Housing Needs Team. The teams’ role will include helping Council tenants with the furnishing of their homes and tenants to downsize and move to smaller more suitable properties.

As an experienced housing professional, you will deliver excellent customer service with a positive can-do attitude and a solution focused approach whilst working to tight deadlines. Your role will be primarily focused on managing a small team and to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day running of the Furnished Tenancy Scheme and Incentive Scheme for Under-Occupying Council Tenants. The successful applicant will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
