We are looking for an exceptional fully CIPD qualified HR generalist with strong leadership experience to join our small, busy team. This is a newly created role within a multi-functional team which delivers HR support to a varied and diverse workforce of over 300 employees.

You will provide professional HR support and advice to the organisation, contribute to the achievement of HR corporate initiatives and manage the operational workload of the HR team on a daily basis, including overseeing the outsourced payroll contract.

Confident in employment law and employee relations knowledge, you will work with the organisation to deliver advice and coaching on management issues, policy development and implementation, corporate initiatives and projects, L&D and recruitment and selection.

With significant experience in a demanding HR generalist role and with proven experience at managerial level, you must be comfortable in dealing with all levels of managers and staff and be able to build professional credibility as well as making sound business decisions.

You must also have the ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision, have a focussed, flexible and hands-on approach to work, and cope with a demanding workload in a methodical and a calm manner.
