Newham Partnership Working (NPW)

Senior HR Operations Advisor

£30,324 to £31,998

NPW is a mutual organisation formed and owned by Newham schools working in partnership with the London Borough of Newham and other education providers.. NPW is undergoing an exciting period of transformation to ensure we continue to both provide and commission outstanding services to schools. NPW’s terms and conditions for employees are similar to Local Government conditions of service, including the Local Government Pension Scheme.

The NPW currently support over 90 schools, both within Newham and its surrounding boroughs, with a comprehensive range of high quality services. Our support removes external pressures that our school leaders face, allowing them to focus on their core purpose - education.

We are currently seeking a Senior HR Operations Advisor to manage the advertising of vacancies for our clients along with issuing contracts and arranging subsequent pay. You will also be providing high quality advice and support to school leaders on the latest policy developments, changes in recruitment legislation and conditions of service matters. If you have experience of working with recruitment packages and dealing with general hr/payroll administration and like the idea of working in a busy, customer orientated environment, we would welcome your application.

Applications for the post is by official application form only, no CVs please.

Further information is available from Jacqui Earl, HR Operations Manager, email:

Closing date Friday 15 September 2017

Interviews will be held week beginning 25th September 2017

The schools in Newham are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Equal Opportunities

We are committed to and champion equality and diversity in all aspects of employment with Newham Partnership Working and the London Borough of Newham. All employees are expected to understand and promote equality and diversity in the course of their work.
