The Post

We are looking for a Senior Lawyer, Commercial and Projects to join our Commercial Team, to advise on a range of complex contract and regeneration matters and on the commercial vehicles through which the council carries out some of its activities and to support the council in commissioning and managing external legal support where necessary.

The Person

You will need to demonstrate excellent contracts and commercial knowledge and experience, commercial acumen and the ability to give clear and proactive advice, often at short notice. You will need to be enthusiastic about working as part of multidisciplinary teams on challenging projects.
