We are looking for an individual responsible for delivering the property repairs and void management service to tenants. You will bring energy and innovation to the role together with the will to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage contracts, monitor performance and motivate your team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to further develop their career.

To be successful in this role you will need to be flexible and well organised to ensure all queries and issues arising are dealt with in a timely manner and workloads managed effectively.

You should be qualified to at least HNC/D in Building or equivalent experience of minimum 5 years and hold a valid SMSTS certificate (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
