Advert introduction

Grade: NJC M10 + £3,060 market supplement per annum

If you believe passionately that children and young people have the capacity to change and move on from offending, and you have demonstrable skills and experience in achieving this, alongside experience in a frontline social care setting (as a registered social worker), we want you to join us.

Main advert detail

We have recently moved to a group supervision model that hinges on systemic relationship based practice. To succeed in diverting young people from the youth justice system and improving their life chances, you will need sensitivity to their diverse needs, the ability to effectively challenge, the curiosity and skill to holistically assess and the resilience to work in a highly politicised, resource limited environment.

We offer a thorough induction, a range of reflective forums and various developmental opportunities, alongside a team that is committed to improving outcomes for young people, families, and victims of crime. Please note, only registered social workers will be shortlisted for this post.
