Fully embracing the principles and freedoms given by the Care Act our Senior Social Workers use their creativity and innovation to lead staff to promote the wellbeing of local people, supporting independence and working alongside others to deliver person centred care. We are developing a truly partnership approach with citizens as active players in how support and care is delivered.
