With the support of the staff that are located onsite 24/7, a plan is created considering a trauma-informed and psychologically informed environment (PIE).These are exciting times to join Hightown, with the imminent rollout of a new support plan and assessment tool (Nourish). As the Scheme Manager, you will be expected to lead with a positive approach to introduce change. Ideally, you will have experience of working in mental ill health and have a good understanding of best current practice and approaches. About the RoleWe currently have opportunities for part time (15 &amp; 22.5 hours per week) Care Assistants to work within our registered care homes, The Crossings (in Wendover) and Oakmead (in Weston Turville), where we support people with learning and physical disabilities.Working as part of a dedicated team, you`ll support service users with their day to day needs to enable individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives. This will involve assisting individuals with:<ul>
<li>personal care needs</li>
<li>mealtimes and social activities</li>
<li>day trips out</li>
