Business Support Assistant - FTC 12 Months

We understand that family life is not easy and sometimes relationships break down. Our service works with families to try and understand what has led to the relationship breaking down and support them to repair and move forward.We are dedicated to safely prevent and reduce the number of children and young people entering care and provide direct and intensive support to children aged 8- 18 years old and their families in their homes over a period of 4 – 12 weeks and beyond if there is a need.As we deal with families in crisis and children on the edge of coming into care, our families require intensive support which means that we visit at least once a week and sometimes more, if families are in crisis.
