You will support with various responsibilities within the service, with a focus on providing social contact and company to help enhance quality of life, personal safety, health and security, sustainment of tenancy and improving financial independence. You will support our residents to gain the relevant skills and knowledge to gain greater independence, supporting them back into the community.&nbsp;
The role is varied, with each day being different, depending on service and resident needs. You may need to run and engage in activities, complete support sessions, arrange external activities, in house activities, and support with attending appointments.

<h2>About the role</h2>Supporting individuals in their own home, locally and&nbsp;Eleanor Lodge provides exceptional levels of support to adults, aged 18 and over, with learning disabilities and mental health issues. It is situated in Delapre, Northampton and offers a wonderful living environment in which our customers can enjoy an enhanced quality of life. We also offer domiciliary care to adults living in their own homes within the community.We have teams of friendly and committed staff who provide the highest level of care. With our great accommodation and facilities, Eleanor Lodge evokes a home from home atmosphere in which our customers can feel comfortable, content and very well cared for.Shifts are a mixture of earlies and lates, and range from 7-3pm, and 8-3pm 3-10pm&nbsp;<h2>Additional information</h2><ul>
<li>Full training will be given.</li>
<li>You will either currently have, or be&nbsp;willing to work towards, NVQ level 2 in Health &amp; Social Care or equivalent.</li>
<li>Full driving license and access to your own vehicle, would be ideal.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, personable and a creative approach to problem solving.</li>
<li>Ability to work on own initiative and within a team.</li>

Support Worker - Trinity Court FlatsWe currently have an opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours per week) Support Worker at our scheme, Trinity Court Flats, in Aylesbury. We provide supported housing for people with learning disabilities, and each resident has their own flat with 24-hour support on site.As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people live independently and with dignity. Assistant Support Worker - Cressex Road We currently have a part time (30 hours) Assistant Support Worker position at our supported housing scheme, Cressex Road, in High Wycombe.This a shared supported living house, home to six people aged between 34 and 91 years of age who each have their own en-suite room. The service users attend a range of day services and community opportunities 3 to 5 days a week.What You will Do:As an Assistant Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live as independently as possible. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:<ul>
<li>Supporting with personal care in a dignified and respectful way</li>
<li>Aid with the daily administration of medication</li>
<li>Encouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting</li>
