We’ve changed how we do things, and with a new-look service taking shape, we’re wanting to take on 12 EHC Coordinators. There’re opportunities across our new assessments team, our 0 – Year 8 team and our new Preparing for Adulthood team.&nbsp;

About you, and your responsibilities:&nbsp;
You might have experience from a Local Authority background, from a school, college, or Early Years background, you might come from a Health Service or third sector background too. Certainly, you’ll have a good knowledge and experience of the SEN system, and you will have a demonstrable understanding of the SEN Code of Practice, and you’ll be aware of changes that might be coming in the SEN system, and what that might mean for councils, schools, and most of all children and young people.&nbsp;&nbsp;
For those wanting to join our PFA team, you’ll have an understanding of what it means to Prepare for Adulthood, and a working knowledge of the concept of post-16 and post-18 provision and placements.&nbsp;&nbsp;
You’ll be good at communicating, able to share the positive and the difficult messages which come with SEN, confident in the knowledge that your managers and local leaders will support you. You’ll do this with empathy, with kindness, but also with clearness and confidence.&nbsp;&nbsp;
You’ll be well organised and able to balance competing priorities day to day, and you’ll understand why good record keeping is important, and most importantly, do it. You’ll understand that SEN is not just the school or setting, not just the Council, not just the Health Service, but that we all have a part to play, when, how, and why.&nbsp;

We’re looking for a calm, reliable and friendly Night Concierge to join our supported team. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming and well run environment overnight, offering reassurance and practical support to residents when they need it most. This service is a safe and supportive home for women who’ve experienced homelessness. We work with women with a range of supporting needs from complex and high level to more moderate or low level including help around mental health, substance use, domestic abuse and past offending.
This role is key to keeping our building, residents and service secure and responsive overnight. You’ll do regular safety checks, monitor access, respond to emergencies, support residents with queries, keep records, and hand over to the day team. You’ll also help maintain a clean and safe environment. The role includes:

We're looking for an experienced Registered Practitioner Psychologist with a background in clinical psychology to join our team in Croydon. The service offers a psychologically informed environment across four sites, providing low to high support forensic mental health services to our residents with forensic mental health needs, complex conditions, and dual diagnosis. In this role, you will drive the delivery of evidence based psychological assessments and interventions aimed at the rehabilitation and reintegration of our residents into the communities. This is a creative, evolving, and impactful role which works closely with our Group Psychological Lead and wider teams to provide support to staff and at times residents to support in providing a streamlined and psychologically informed service.

The service provides low, medium, and high level support to women who have experienced homelessness, criminal justice history, substance use, mental health, and domestic abuse. As a Recovery Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing person centred support, to help our residents overcome personal challenges, and meet their desired goals/outcomes. You will do this through various support plans and interventions, running and participation of activities, and working alongside various internal and external partners.&nbsp;
