As the Scheme manager you will be expected to lead with a positive approach to introduce change. Ideally you will have an experience of working in mental ill health and have a good understanding of best current practice and approaches. You will be flexible to ensure that a person-centred approach in offered that meets the need of the individual rather than one size fits all.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>The Scheme has been rated as Excellent by PAMMs inspectors over a long period, and it will take a special leader to work alongside the experienced staff team to continue and expand on this performance. </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Experience of a multi-agency approach and joint working with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes is important. This includes the ability to challenge decisions that you do not agree with and suggest alternative solutions in a professional way.
