We are looking for someone to collect stock condition, HHSRS and EPC data to inform our data led strategic and operational approach to maintaining our Housing Stock.</p>\n<p>The Council are committed to maintaining its Housing properties to meet the Regulator of Social Housings’ Quality and Safety Standard. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small new team that will help to shape the delivery of Regulatory Workstreams, Decent Homes and Decarbonisation Programmes. You can make a real difference by helping to keep residents safe, warm and secure in their homes.</p>\n<p>We are looking for 3 highly motivated and organised individuals that can carry out detailed stock condition surveys and HHSRS assessments as part of our 20% rolling annual programme. We are also looking for those with an EPC accreditation or a willingness to obtain this, for which training will be provided.</p>\n<p>Successful applicants must have a thorough understanding of building condition and component lifecycles, regulatory and technical standards, providing a first line of defence to ensure that our duties as a landlord and service provider are met. </p>\n<p>You will be part of a larger growing team that is making an impact across the Councils Housing stock, a happy team that enjoys its work.
