We are pleased to be advertising the role of Feedback and Insights Assistant within the Adults and Health Directorate. This is a fixed-term role within the Adult Social Care Quality Assurance Team. 
This role will be responsible for maintaining our commitment to listening to the views of people who access Adult Social Care and embedding the learning from those experiences.
It will involve speaking to adults and their families about their experiences, completing team-specific surveys, exploring a range of topics relevant to customer experience, in addition to data input and recording. The role will work alongside both health and social care professionals within Adult Social Care and across a broad range of adults with a range of lived experiences. About you…

About the role…
To be successful as the Feedback and Insights Assistant, your duties will include:
<ul>
<li>To conduct structured telephone calls to adults and their families, gathering their feedback on their recent interactions or the service(s) they received.</li>
<li>To monitor the feedback survey referral system, interpreting the appropriate customer information and logging the required customer referrals.</li>
<li>To plan and action customer phone calls, including inputting verbal and written feedback onto the survey system.</li>
<li>To collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to embed customer feedback into QA audits, reports, and improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>To use a variety of digital systems including Microsoft 365 applications and adult social care case management systems, to access customer information, organise customer communications and record feedback.</li>
<li>To identify areas for co-production and co-design within quality assurance workstreams both from ASC professionals and adults and their carers.</li>
<li>To keep records and produce regular written reports/briefing notes and case studies for the Principal Social Worker and Senior management meetings.</li>
<li>Able to interpret and analyse data and information which may be complex and sensitive to different audiences and use their professional judgment to assess potential issues and offer solutions to those issues.</li>
</ul>

Job title: Senior Operator - Lifeline

Harborough District Council is seeking an experienced Senior Operator to join our Lifeline Control Centre. If you enjoy working with and supporting vulnerable people, have excellent communication skills, and want to be part of a friendly team, then this role is for you.
The Council’s Lifeline Control Centre provides an emergency telecare alarm system (‘Technology Enabled Care’) that supports vulnerable residents 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.&nbsp; It also receives and manages general enquiries outside of office hours. The lifeline service operates within the Harborough district and also provides the service to a number of local councils and other partners/organisations.
Working during office hours, the role will oversee the day-to-day provision of the Lifeline Service.&nbsp; This includes ensuring Lifeline service remains operational, and procedures are kept up to do date to provide high quality services meeting both customer needs and Council objectives.
Working alongside the Control Centre Manager, you will on a daily basis ensure the service is fully resourced, and the equipment that supports these critical services is maintained and operational.&nbsp; You will undertake marketing opportunities to promote the service to new clients, provide the manager with statistical reports and information to help ensure continued improvement.&nbsp; When needed you will be required to deputise for the Control Centre Manager such as attendance at meetings.
An understanding of information technology and its application in supporting customers, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to solve problems and works under pressure are essential.
Although this role is required to work during office hours, from time to time the successful candidate may be required to work outside normal office hours and act as emergency contact on a rotating basis for which time off in lieu will be given or appropriate overtime payments authorised.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Integrated care coordinator to join Rutland County Council’s RISE team
This role focuses on the development of the integrated Rutland neighbourhood team by promoting positive relationships and partnerships with key agencies and professionals working with residents and those accessing primary care in Rutland.

About you…

<li>To provide a provision of a single joined-up view and pathway into local services to tackle specific needs.</li>
<li>To ensure multiple referral pathways into and onwards from services across the range of partners to ensure maximum opportunities for people to engage in using local health, social care and voluntary sector services.
