We utilise ‘Child First’ approaches to help children achieve their best outcomes, to prevent offending and build safety for our communities. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and practice standards, along with continuous improvement and development of our multi-disciplined team. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>To provide expert guidance and advice on youth justice and safeguarding</li><li>Provide management to professionals and support individuals’ professional development</li><li>Establish and maintain appropriate links between other professionals to provide a clear understanding of each other’s priorities and ways of working and maintain a customer focus to the service</li><li>Help prepare the service for regulatory inspection and ensure best practice / lessons learned are shared with colleagues and partners to improve service delivery</li></ul>This position is exempt under the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
