Care Assistant - Old Barn Close, Buckingham
£25,506 per annum | Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Make a real difference every day by joining our friendly team at 5 Old Barn Close, a welcoming home supporting four adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities. No previous care experience is needed - we provide full training and ongoing support. What matters most is your compassion, positive attitude and commitment to working as part of a caring team.
What you will do:
- Support with personal care, meals and daily routines
- Take part in meaningful activities and community outings
- Assist with appointments, shopping and household tasks
- Build positive relationships and work closely with colleagues
- Complete sleep-ins as part of your rota
About you:
- Kind, patient and enthusiastic
- Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
- Comfortable working shifts including weekends and bank holidays
- Enjoy working collaboratively and supporting others to thrive
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
