In this new role you will not hold cases but instead you will manage a small pod of four social workers and use your expertise and knowledge to strengthen their practice. You will be managed by an Area Social Work Manager.
We aim to let you know if you have been shortlisted within 5 days of reciept of your application.
This role requires you to be a qualified social worker with significant experience of working with children and families. You will be an inspiring and motivating manager giving everyone in each pod the platform to deliver their best work and really make a difference.
Your enthusiasm and passion will help you to develop new strategies and positive outcomes, Your calm and focused approach will enable you to support your social workers to work together and deliver excellent, evidence based practice which really makes a difference to the lives of children and families.
