Social Worker - Childrens Social Work Team

We are currently recruiting a Social Worker to join our 16+ Care Leavers Service. Social Worker - 16+ Care Leavers Team 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Family Network Coordinator to join Medway’s Family Group Conference team. Often there are wider family relationships and networks that exist and can provide much-needed help when families experience challenging problems. Social Worker - Fostering Support and Development Team

As the Senior Social Worker, you will be required to contribute to the delivery of a highly effective Adult Social Care service in an efficient manner.
