Join us as a Support Assistant at our brand new scheme - Cheviot Gardens, in West Norwood. We're so proud of this scheme - our first to combine state-of-the-art extra care facilities with both rental and shared ownership homes for older people. At Cheviot Gardens we support residents aged 55 years and over, including many vulnerable adults.

We are looking for someone to support our residents to achieve positive outcomes, including improving their health and wellbeing, social interaction and tenancy sustainment.

Working alongside the management team your work will put our customers at the very centre of the personalised services we deliver. To ensure we're offering the best quality of service available, you'll receive training in effective needs assessment methods that focus on how our customers want to be living their lives.

We'll trust you to write comprehensive support plans that ensure every aspect of a customer's life is supported. You'll use your skills in this area to ensure they are safe, secure and are able to live in a positive, happy and dignified way. You'll work with a diverse range of people - colleagues, customers, relatives, carers and partner agencies. For this reason we'll need you to be an amazing relationship and rapport builder and be able to expressing yourself clearly and professionally in writing.
