We are currently recruiting creative, vibrant, innovative and highly motivated individuals for our 24 hour service for young people in Skegness. This service is a newly developed, centrally located 17 bed project with bespoke working arrangements that support young people from the age of 16 who are homeless or are threatened with homelessness. The services is staffed on a 24 hour basis, 7 days per week.

The Support worker nights will deliver a high quality service to young people and will be responsible for managing the safety and security of the building. This will be delivered through the provision of a waking night's service.

You will need a good understanding of issues young people face with excellent inter-personal skills and a strong desire to engage with young people to deliver positive outcomes in an exciting but challenging environment.

The successful applicant will be required to promote a good night time routine for our young people.

You will be able to work between the hours of 10.45pm and 8.15am on a rota (4 shifts on 4 shifts off).

Employment for this position will be conditional upon a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Disclosure.

Based on the hours of work the salary for this role will be £15,147 per annum.
