Our successful Reablement Team is growing and so we want people to join us who are passionate about care to deliver enabling support to the people of Cambridgeshire, in their own homes. We aim to get people as independent as they can be and we are very successful. We work with Nurses, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to ensure that people get the best service that we can to the people of Cambridgeshire. About you You’ll be experienced in this type of care, promoting independence and monitoring and evaluating service delivery. Your outstanding communication skills will not only benefit your direct work with service users but also your relationships with colleagues and third parties when assessing needs and planning care. You’ll be keen to continuously learn on the job and be keen to undertake further training and development. We want people who are going to contribute positively to the work we do and the environment we’ve created. A can-do attitude and flexible approach goes a long way with us, especially when accompanied by a smile.
