We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Asset Surveyor to join our team. If you enjoy working with a team of professionals to manage a property portfolio and think you have what it takes to be the difference for our staff and residents, then we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role:
You will be working within a multi-disciplinary Asset Management Team that provides a broad asset management function. This is a key role in the management of the Council’s wide and varied property portfolio. You will be responsible for the acquisition, disposals and management of the Council’s leased property estate. In addition, you will provide advice and support to service departments and Members.
About the Candidate:
We’re looking for a qualified Chartered Surveyor with experience of working in multi-disciplinary team, and a good working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation. You will be autonomous and able to manage your own workload with minimum supervision.
Above all you will be looking to build on your current knowledge and skills to deliver a quality resource in the management of the Council’s property portfolio.
