One contract is temporary until Easter 2018 in the first instance and one is for 6 months. Main advert detail Teaching Assistant for 3 days a week. Monday and Friday with Year 11 and Thursday in KS4 ASC Class. Teaching Assistant for 6 months and will be based in a Primary class supporting a specific pupil in the first instance (5 days a week) If you have patience, a calm manner, a good sense of humour and a commitment to meeting the needs of children with additional needs we would like to hear from you. Experience with autism is also desirable. The job requires an excellent team player who is flexible and shows an ability to recognise and respond to pupils’ needs and provide appropriate support to individuals and small groups.
