Teaching Assistant (Level 2)
Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real difference in the classroom?
We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and caring Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our fantastic team.
This is a fixed-term role until April 2027, providing 1:1 support to a student.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing in-class support, whilst promoting pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
- Delivering consistent academic, pastoral, and behavioural support

Who are we?
Established in 2018, Oakbridge School is an independent special day school in Handsworth, Birmingham with a specially designed learning environment created to meet the needs of autistic children. We provide a calm, low arousal, safe, positive and nurturing place where young people can learn and grow.
Oakbridge School is part of the Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). These include autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
