Some of our students engage best through an online offer, and many are in need of improving their IT confidence and application. Additionally, the willingness, should it be required, to teach one other subject would be beneficial.</p>\n<p>As a successful applicant you will have skills to engage and develop students, who may have struggled with numeracy, and whom have low confidence and engagement with learning. For students who have the competency to achieve accreditation up to GCSE level, high teacher expectations and subject knowledge are required in order for potential to be reached. For many other students, the ability to development and embed Foundation Level/Functional Skills will be fundamental to the role.
