The Tenancy Management Officer position is part of the Tenancy Management team within Landlord Services. The Tenancy Management Officers are responsible for the management of a defined patch of properties within Oxford and the surrounding areas.
This role provides an opportunity to join an award winning Tenancy Management service to help deliver an excellent customer focused service to our tenants and leaseholders. We are looking for an experienced and flexible officer to undertake all aspects of tenancy related work including home visits, exchanges, void management and enforcement of tenancy conditions.
