The role
Tenancy Management are a busy team providing a comprehensive management service to the tenants and leaseholders of Oxford City Council. We are now looking to recruit one part time person to our team.

As the frontline officers, our Support Officers assist the team in the coordination of work, liaising with tenants and external agencies to book appointments and answer telephone enquiries. The role includes the management of the garage stock and the parking permit scheme.

If you have strong communication skills, experience of giving excellent customer service and are a willing and enthusiastic person, this role could be for you. These are excellent opportunities for the right person interested in taking their first step into a housing management career.
