We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated person with experience of working in a complex office environment to manage the Town Hall Support team.

Working with and supervising the Town Hall Support Officers you will oversee all housekeeping functions, furniture, uniforms and external and internal printing requirements are responded in a timely and efficient manner - negotiating on price and quality in accordance with Council standing orders.

You will also manage room bookings, pool car usage, postage, Town Hall security, stationary purchases in support of all town hall users.

We are looking for a flexible and capable team player who is a creative problem solver. You will also be highly adept at developing excellent working relationships with all Town Hall occupants.

Applicants should have experience of working in a complex multi-occupancy office environment, working to tight deadlines.
