Nacro are looking to recruit an exciting and motivational tutor to deliver our Employability qualifications to both study programme and adult learners.

You must have the ability to teach with high integrity, professionalism and hold aspirations towards excellence. The right candidate will have the ability to engage with learners of all ages, have experience of working with NEET/disengaged cohorts and the unemployed. The ability to deliver CSCS would be desirable. You will join our existing education team, providing a quality education and training to young people at our Education Centre in Sheffield.

The ideal candidate will deliver training to learners and take part during learner induction on our Study and SFA programmes ensuring they all reach their maximum potential. This will include delivering training, planning and assessment to acquire recognised qualifications and support young people into employment or further learning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and be able to offer a range of strategies to deliver outstanding lessons. A thorough knowledge of City and Guilds and NOCN qualifications is essential as you will be required to implement subject specific planning and preparation.

You will support the delivery of a busy weekly training schedule, including assessment, registration and certification of students. This will also include the implementation of an Ofsted-inspected curriculum and the wide use of engaging learning resources.

The successful candidate should have:
- A level 4 teaching qualification (Certificate in Education & Training, CTLLS, or an equivalent qualification)
- A level 5 teaching qualification (Diploma in Education & Training, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or an equivalent qualification)
- GCSE English, Maths and ICT (or equivalent qualifications at level 2 or above)
- A vocational or academic qualification in your specialist subject (or equivalent experience)

Salary for this role is dependent on qualifications and experience held.
