Officers are expected to develop and maintain relationships with Local Authorities and Accommodation Providers.</p>\n<p>Applicants should have experience of inspecting properties, including HMOs, have an excellent knowledge of management standards. Candidates should ideally be from a Local Authority Private Sector Housing background or similar.</p>\n<p>You must have the right to work in the UK. You will be flexible, as you will be required to work early mornings and bank holidays. You will be required to bring both your licence and Driver CPC photocards to the interview.
