You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to mentor and lead tradespeople, providing support and supervision and managing all aspects of health and safety, technical compliance and line management.</p><p>The service currently has a considerable backlog of outstanding repairs and you will play a key role in tackling this work and being proactive in motivating the teams to achieve targets and deadlines to realise these goals.</p><p>This is an opportunity to develop your line management skills whilst supporting a diverse team of tradespeople.
