L&amp;Q are looking for two proven Project Quantity Surveyors with extensive Quantity Surveying experience to join the Property Services Commercial team. The vacancies exist within either the Voids or Responsive Repairs / Minor Works Workstreams. &nbsp;Our Project Quantity Surveyors have up to 3 direct reports and the role reports to the Managing Quantity Surveyor.&nbsp;
The Project Quantity Surveyors are responsible for the financial and contractual administration of projects carried out by L&amp;Q, ensuring that general quantity surveying duties are performed to the highest standard and ensuring full contractual and monetary entitlement in the most advantageous terms L&amp;Q. Plus will be accountable for savings on projects.
The post holder will take full ownership of the project and work stream to ensure all costs and required contracts are in place.
Being confident in supporting operational colleagues and all other relevant colleagues to ensure that all significant project issues and correspondence and all necessary contractual processes have been observed.
You'll be able to take control of the management of subcontractors and suppliers to always achieve best value to a programme whilst protecting the business contractually and providing accurate financial forecasting.

Who are we?
Mapesbury School is a new Special Educational Needs school opening in Spring 2025 in Cricklewood, Brent. Our small school will support children aged between 7 to 16 years with Autism and associated conditions who have not been able to access education in a mainstream or specialist setting and would benefit from an integrated therapeutic approach to education. Pupils will have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) but may not yet have a diagnosis, though they display traits of Autism and associated conditions.

We are looking for dynamic and flexible fitness instructors who will be responsible for delivering a number of low impact exercise classes on behalf of the Active Herts programme. If successful, you will be required to travel to a number of venues in the Borough including Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, Wormley, Broxbourne and Hoddesdon, as well as having the flexibility to deliver classes during the morning, afternoon and evening. Previous experience of teaching exercise classes and working with adults who are at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions is required.
