The Swim Co-ordinator role focuses on co-ordinating a high quality i-Swim programme, and ensuring delivery of a professional, welcoming and inclusive swim lesson environment at all our sites.&nbsp; Swim Co-ordinators provide day to day supervision of the Swim Instructors, and act as a facilitator and advocate to help raise the profile, importance and benefits of learning to swim.&nbsp;
You (and centre management) will be responsible for organising staff rotas and scheduling of lessons to meet programme requirements and customer needs.&nbsp; You will ensure high standards of lesson delivery, cover classes as required, as well as proactive and committed to customer experience whilst ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all swimmers.&nbsp;
The successful candidates must hold a nationally recognised qualification for swim instruction, i.e. ASA/Swim England Level 2, STA or equivalent.&nbsp;
