We pay an attractive salary of £18.11 - £19.78 per hour and offer access to training and development opportunities. We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled team members to join our team in Caerphilly South Youth Work Cluster. We offer support to young people in the community through the provision of a wide range of opportunities and activities at our main centre in Virginia Park, and at other community provisions. For the role, we ask that you have: <ul><li>A Level 2 qualification in Youth Work Practice on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales or equivalent qualifications to meet the mandatory qualification requirements of the Education Workforce Council (EWC) for Youth Worker or Youth Support Worker registration.</li><li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Previous experience working with young people.</li></ul>-We have excellent benefits including the Local Government Pension Scheme, agile working patterns and staff discount schemes.
