Job summary

Job description

As a Commercial Quality Assurance and Course Administration Officer, you will be assisting in the coordination and delivery of commissioned international projects and training programmes by providing high-quality logistical, administrative, financial and stakeholder support. The postholder will contribute to the professional, compliant and timely delivery of international policing services, ensuring effective liaison with clients, suppliers, internal teams and deployed personnel.

This role supports the coordination and delivery of international policing training programmes by providing end-to-end administrative, logistical, and quality assurance support. It involves working closely with internal teams, international partners, and external stakeholders to ensure all course materials, documentation, and reporting are accurate, compliant, and delivered to required standards. The postholder helps maintain effective organisation of training delivery by managing key documentation, supporting course administration activities, and ensuring timely and professional communication between all parties involved. A key part of the role is ensuring that programmes are delivered smoothly, meeting quality, governance, and client requirements.

Person specification

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end-to-end quality assurance of international programme documentation.
  • Ensuring documents meet required standards and readiness requirements.
  • Producing compliant end-of-course submission packs.

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Experience in administrative, documentation or quality assurance roles.
  • Proven ability to manage and quality-check detailed documentation with high accuracy.
  • Experience producing or analysing management information (MI) reports and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

For fixed Term contracts:

Whilst this fixed term contract is offered on the understanding that it will only last as long as the stated contract length, there could be a possibility that it could be extended or made permanent should circumstances allow.
