We are seeking to recruit a motivated practitioner with initiative and drive who is keen to contribute to the further development of our integrated Children's Health service. The Children's Health Team work within Lincolnshire County Council very closely with Children's Services (Children's Centres, Early Help, Social Care and Family Hubs) and other agencies. Our aim is to improve outcomes and reduce health inequalities for children, young people and their families in our care.

We have an exciting and unique opportunity to play a key role in influencing and shaping the future of the Social Care Integrated Front Door. We are recruiting a G9-G10 Health Visitor to join our team in Lincoln, working as part of a multi disciplinary team and closely with partner agencies to bring vital health expertise into front‑door decision-making.

You will support high-quality screening decisions, help safeguard children, and contribute to driving outstanding multi-agency practices.

About you
We are seeking practitioners who thrive upon innovation and are not averse to change. It is essential that you have a keen interest in safeguarding and are passionate about advocating for children. You will need to have the ability to work autonomously and as part of an integrated skill mix team.
You need to have excellent communication skills and experience of working in partnership across organisational boundaries.

You will need comprehensive experience and knowledge of safeguarding children and families.
You will need to be able to drive as this role is hybrid and will require both office based working and working from home.
